The effects of bromocriptine in a male patient with prolactinoma.
Normalisation of serum prolactin by bromocriptine was associated with cessation of galactorrhoea and with restoration of potency. On discontinuation of treatment, however, both galactorrhoea and impotence returned, only to disappear after reinstitution of bromocriptine therapy.
